CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88- d--)
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE
CITY OFFICIALS TO CALL A BOND POSTED BY
MITCH E. DOMIN FOR 84TH TERRACE SHOPPES
PROJECTc AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE,
WHEREAS, Mitch E. Domin, as Principal, with Norstar
Bank, as Surety, has filed with the City performance Letter
of Credit #N4872 in the amount of $18,000.00 to guarantee
public improvements associated with the 84th Terrace Shoppes
project; and
WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and there is not
properly completed work; and
WHEREAS, the Principal has been notified that the work
is not properly completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
2ECTION 1_ That the recitations set forth above are true
and correct.
-SECT-TJy ?: That performance Letter of Credit #N4872 in
the amount of $18,000.00 posted by Mitch E. Domin, as
Principal, and Norstar Bank, as Surety, is hereby called by
the City of Tamarac if an extension has not been provided to
said bond on or before March 4, 1988.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
