CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY TURNPIKE
CENTER ASSOCIATES, FOR THE ISLAND CLUB
APARTMENTS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE,
WHEREAS, Turnpike Center Associates, as Principal, with
Capital Bank, as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit
NO. NBV--858 in the amount of $14,106.25 to guarantee public
improvements associated with the Island Club Apartments; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
of said Letter of Credit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1;. That Letter of Credit No. NBV-858 in the amount of
$14,106.25 to guarantee improvements associated with the Island Club
Apartments, is HEREBY RELEASED.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
