RESOLUTION NO. R-88- `T
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A RIGHT--OF--
WAY DEED OFFERED BY STEPHEN A. SPEAR AND
JOSEPHINE SPEAR, HIS WIFE, FOR THE BARNETT BANK
PROJECT, (PARCEL "A") ; AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC-
TIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SFQTTON J.- That the Right -of -Way deed offered by Stephen
A. Spear and Josephine Spear, his wife, for the Barnett Bank
Project, (Parcel "All) is HEREBY APPROVED AND ACCEPTED, a copy
of said deed being attached hereto as "Exhibit 111.
SECTION 2_ That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to record said deed in the public records of Broward
County, Florida.
SECTION _3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.

purpose of a public road right -of --way and purposes incidental
thereto, the following described land, situate, lying and being in

instrument to convey to the.said City, and its successors in
interest, the land above described for use as a public road right
of -way and for all purposes incidental thereto.
