RESOLUTION NO. R- 88- _
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A RIGHT-
OF-WAY DEED OFFERED BY STEPHEN A. SPEAR AND
JOSEPHINE SPEAR, HIS WIFE, FOR THE BARNETT
BANK PROJECT, (PARCEL "B"); AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECITVE_ DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Right -of -Way deed offered by Stephen
A. Spear and Josephine Spear, his wife, for the Barnett Bank
Project, (Parcel «B") is HEREBY APPROVED AND ACCEPTED, a copy
of said deed being attached hereto as "Exhibit 1".
SECTION _ That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to record said deed in the public records of Broward
County, Florida.
y This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of
1988.

purpose of a public road right-of-way and purposes incidental

interest, the land above described for use as a public road right
of -way and for all purposes incidental thereto.
