CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88---``'
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR. PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY UNIVERSITY
OFFICE PARK, INC., FOR UNIVERSITY PARK
OFFICE CENTER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, University Office Park, Inc., as Principal, and
Glendale Federal Savings & Loan Association, as Surety, has
filed with the City a Letter of Credit in the amount of
$17,425.50 to guarantee public improvements at University
Park Office Center, which was held in lieu of a one-year
warranty bond; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 That the Letter of Credit posted by
University Office Park, Inc., as Principal, and Glendale
Federal Savings & Loan Association, as Surety, in the amount
of $17,425.50 for public improvements at University Park
Office Center, which was held in lieu of a one-year warranty
bond, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2 This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
