CITY OF TAMARAC
RESOLUTION NO. R-88- 4�?O
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR BEAUTIFICATION BY ESTATE HOME BUILDERS,
INC., FOR A HOME LOCATED AT 7215 NW 84 TERRACE,
WOODMONT TRACT 57, LOT 8 (PERMIT #1631); AND
WHEREAS, Estate Home Builders, Inc., has filed with the
City a cash bond in the amount of $1,800.00 to guarantee
beautification for a home located at 7215 NW 84 Terrace,
Woodmont Tract 57, Lot 8 (Permit #1631).
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
That the cash bond posted by Estate Home
Builders, Inc., in the amount of $1,800.00 to guarantee
beautification for a home located at 7215 NW 84 Terrace,
Woodmont Tract 57, Lot 8 (Permit #1631) is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION_-2 ,. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
