CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--88-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR INSTALLATION OF IRRIGATION BY TRANS -
EASTERN PROPERTIES OF SOUTH FLORIDA, INC. FOR
WENDY'S RESTAURANT AT TAMARAC SQJARE WEST, (PERMIT
#87-2014) : ANC. PBQVI I NG AN_ EFFEGTUE DATFt► - --
WHEREAS, Transeastern Properties of South Florida, Inc.,
has filed with the City a cash bond in the amount of $1,000.00
to guarantee installation of irrigation at Wendy's Restaurant
at Tamarac Square West, (Permit #87-2014).
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA-
SECTION 1: That the cash bond posted by Transeastern
Properties of South Florida, Inc., in the amount of $1,000.00
to guarantee installation of irrigation at Wendy's Restaurant
at Tamarac Square West (Permit #87-2014) is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTIQN 2: This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon adoption. gg
