CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88-- Gam.
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY T.W.T. ASSOCIATES, INC.
FOR THE BROOKWOOD PLAZA II PROJECT; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATES
WHEREAS, T.W.T. Associates, Inc., P.O. Box 24105, Fort
Lauderdale, Florida, 33307, as Principal, and Citizens and
Southern National Bank of Fort Lauderdale, as Surety, has
filed with the City Letter of Credit #A-6881/SB in the amount
of $25,041.00 to guarantee public improvements at Brookwood
Plaza Phase II; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommend-
ed release of said bond upon receipt of a one-year warranty
bond in the amount of $6,313.46.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SCI-ION .1i That the Letter of Credit #A-6881/SB posted
by T.W.T. Associates, -Inc., as Principal, and Citizens and
Southern National Bank of Fort Lauderdale, as Surety, in the
amount of $25,041.00 for public improvements at Brookwood
Plaza Phase II is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt of a
one-year warranty bond in the amount of $6,313.46.

immediately upon adoption.
