CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--88-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY DINERSTEIN BUILDERS
FOR BOARDWALK APARTMENTS (CONCORD VILLAGE II);
PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Dinerstein Builders, as Principal, and Inter
First Bank Houston, N.A., as Surety, has filed with the City
Letter of Credit #S-1607 in the amount of $30,356.25 that was
held in lieu of a warranty bond for the Boardwalk Apartments
(Concord Village II); and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said Letter of Credit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Letter of Credit #S-1607 posted by Diner-
stein Builders, as Principal, and Inter First Bank Houston,
N.A., as Surety, in the amount of $30,356.25 is HEREBY
RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon adoption.
