CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING PERFORMANCE BONDS POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY DINERSTEIN BUILDERS
FOR BOARDWALK APARTMENTS (CONCORD VILLAGE 11);
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Dinerstein Builders, as Principal, and Inter -First
Bank Houston, N.A., as Surety, has filed the following perform-
ance Letters of Credit:
#S-1604 - $50,084.00 - Paving and Drainage
#S-1605 - 7,095.00 - Sewage Collection
#S-1606 - 47,027.00 - Water Distribution; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said Letters of Credit that were held in lieu of
warranty bonds since the one-year warranty period expires on
January 14, 1988.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
REC_TTON 1: That the following Letters of Credit posted by
Dinerstein Builders as Principal, and Inter -First Bank Houston,
N.A. as Surety are HEREBY RELEASED:
#S-1604 - $50,084.00 - Paving and Drainage
#S-1605 - 7,095.00 - Sewage Collection
#S-1606 - 47,027.00 - Water Distribution
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immedi-
ately upon adoption.
