CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88- C'1O
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH BOND POSTED
PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 76-26 FOR A HOME
LOCATED AT 8610 NW 80 STREET, LOT 15 OF
WOODMONT TRACT 57; PERMIT #2369-83;

WHEREAS, a cash bond was posted by Deutsch and Shnider,
P.A., as a homeowners warranty against construction defects
for a home located at 8610 NW 80 Street, Permit #2369-83, and
WHEREAS, a construction defect was reported to"the Chief
Building Official for a home located at 8610 NW 80 Street;
and
WHEREAS, Deutsch and Shnider, P.A., has agreed that the
amount of $316.00 shall be reimbursed to Irving Greenberg as
reimbursement for payment of correction of a construction
defect from the $1,500.00 bond that was posted with the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTIQh—ji That $316.00 of the $1,500.00 cash bond
posted by Deutsch and Shnider, P.A., be paid to Irving
Greenberg as reimbursement for payment of correction of a
construction defect.
SECT,ON__T _2: That the balance of the $1,500.00 cash bond
(amounting to $1,184.00) will be reimbursed to Deutsch and
Shnider, P.A., Landmark Bank Building, Suite 100, 7770 West
Oakland Park Boulevard, Sunrise, Florida 33351.
SECTIDN_3, This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
