CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88-�
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED TO GUARANTEE THE INSTALLATION OF AN
OPERABLE/RELOCATABLE ROOM DIVIDER AT THE
TAMARAC PARK AND RECREATION BUILDING BY
FLEX -WALL SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Flex -Wall Systems, Incorporated, has filed with
the City a Cash Bond in the amount of $11,390.00 to guarantee
the installation of an operable/relocatable room divider at
the Tamarac Park and Recreation Building; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Cash Bond posted by Flex -Wall
Systems,
Incorporated, in the amount of $11,390.00 to
guarantee the installation of an operable/relocatable room
divider at the Tamarac Park and Recreation Building, is
HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
