CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--88- 9�
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A BEAUTIFICATION BOND
POSTED FOR INSTALLATION OF A SPRINKLER SYSTEM BY
THE LANDINGS ON CYPRESS GREENS FOR THE LANDINGS ON
CYPRESS GREENS PROJECT, BUILDING #8; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, The Landings On Cypress Greens has filed with
the City a Cash Bond in the amount of $1,500.00 to guarantee
installation of a sprinkler system at The Landings On Cypress
Greens Project; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said cash bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Cash Bond posted by The Landings On
Cypress Greens in the amount of $1,500.00 for beautification
at The Landings On Cypress Greens Project, Building #8, is
HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this /,;z day of
