RESOLUTION NO. R-88- 9Z
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY HOFFMAN HOMES
FOR DRIVEWAY REPAIRS AT 8522 NORTHWEST 77
STREET (PERMIT #001115-86); AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Hoffman Homes has filed with the City a Cash
Bond in the amount of $1,000.00 to guarantee driveway repairs
(Permit #001115-86) at 8522 Northwest 77 Street; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said cash bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Cash Bond posted by Hoffman Homes,
2201 West Sample Road, Building #8, Suite #1 & 2B, Pompano
Beach, Florida 33067, in the amount of $1,000.00 for
driveway repairs at 8522 Northwest 77 Street, is HEREBY
RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this k2- day of
