CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 88- 3
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY THE
LANDINGS ON CYPRESS GREENS JOINT VENTURE,
FOR THE LANDINGS ON CYPRESS GREENS PROJECT;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, The Landings on Cypress Greens Joint Venture,
as Principal, and Cypress Savings Association, as Surety, has
filed with the City a warranty Letter of Credit No. 26 in the
amount of $58,171.18 for public improvements at The Landings
on Cypress Greens; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said Letter of Credit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty Letter of Credit No. 26
posted by the Landings on Cypress Greens Joint Venture, as
Principal, and Cypress Savings Association, as Surety, in the
amount of $58,171.18, for public improvements at The Landings
on Cypress Greens, is Hereby Released.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. �f
