CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88--�
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE
CITY OFFICIALS TO CALL A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED BY CTB, LTD., FOR WOODMONT TRACT
72-A PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, CTB, Ltd., as Principal,, with Southeast Bank,
N.A., as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit
#3682 in the amount of $25,496.69 to guarantee public
improvements associated with the Woodmont Tract 72-A project;
and
WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and there is not
properly completed work; and
WHEREAS, the Principal has been notified that the work
is not properly completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the recitations set forth above are true
and correct.
SECTION 2: That Letter of Credit #3682 in the amount of
$25,496.69 posted by CTB, Ltd., as Principal, and Southeast
Bank, N.A., as Surety, is hereby called by the City of
Tamarac if an extension has not been provided to said bond on
or before April 18, 1988.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
