CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88- � �
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY BRADLEY CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY, INC., FOR THE UNIVERSITY CLUB APARTMENTS
PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Bradley Construction Company, Inc., as
Principal, and Aetna Casualty and Surety Company, as Surety,
has filed with the City a Bond in the amount of $69,636.00
to guarantee public improvements at University Club Apart-
ments; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond upon receipt of a one-year
warranty bond in the amount of $20,600.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bond posted by Bradley Construction
Company, Inc., as Principal, and Aetna Casualty and Surety
Company, as Surety, in the amount of $69,636.00 for public
improvements at University Club Apartments is HEREBY
RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in
the amount of $20,600.00.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. Tk
