CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87- /off
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED FOR
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY MONTWOOD, INC. FOR CYPRESS
AT WOODMONT III (WOODMONT TRACTS 68/77); AND
PROVIDINQ AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Montwood, Inc., as Principal, and the First
Bank of Chicago, as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of
Credit No. 1402-00302683 in the amount of $33,301.68 to
guarantee public improvements at Cypress at Woodmont III
(Woodmont Tracts 68/77); and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has
been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of
said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 1402 00302683
posted by Montwood, Inc., as Principal, and the First
National Bank of Chicago, as Surety, in the amount of
$33,301..68 for public improvements at Cypress at Woodmont III
(Woodmont Tracts 68/77) is hereby RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. '
