CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87-- /`�
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING A SPECIAL EXCEPTION
FOR ON -PREMISES CONSUMPTION OF BEER AND WINE TO
CHUEN KEE, INC. D/B/A CHINA CROWN CHINESE
RESTAURANT LOCATED AT 6672 N.W. 57 ST.; AND
PRQYIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted a Special Exception to
permit on -premises consumption of beer and wine to New
.Mandarin House Restaurant by Resolution R-80-174; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to transfer the Special
Exception to:
CHUEN KEE, INC.
D/B/A CHINA CROWN CH.INESP. RESTAURANT
6672 N.W. 57 ST.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Special Exception permitting
consumption of beer and wine for New mandarin House is hereby
transferred to Chuen Kee, Inc. d/b/a China Crown Chinese
Restaurant, located at 6672 N.W. 57 St., Tamarac.
SECTION 2:_ The following conditions apply:
1. The hours of operation are from 8:00 A.M. to 2:00 A.M.
local time, with no sale of beer and wine prior to noon on
,Sundays.
2. This license is not transferable to any other individual
or any other location without the approval of the City
Council.
SECT N 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
