CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87-_ L/-
A RESOLUTION ISSUING REVISED DEVELOPMENT
ORDER NO. 197-1 FOR A REVISED SITE PLAN
FOR TAMARAC LAKES NORTH, THIRD SECTION
(BOULEVARDS); AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City
Council of Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been
advertised in accordance with applicable law of the date,
time and place of the meeting regarding the review of the
application for a revised development order by the applicant
for development approval; and
-WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated
the application, Planning Commission and staff recommenda-
tions; and the attached Development Review Status Sheet dated
12/16/86; and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the revised develop-
ment order and accompanying documents at a public meeting and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the
application is in compliance with all elements of the Compre-
hensive Plan, or will be in compliance prior to the issuance
of a Certificate of Occupancy for the development that is the
subject of the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION_ 1: That the application for approval of a
revised site plan for Tamarac Lakes North, Third Section
(Boulevards) for a 10 foot by 12 foot storage room, revised
12/16/86, is approved subject to the following conditions:
A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with
the plans and specifications submitted by the developer to
the City of Tamarac as described in Section II of the
Development Review Status Sheet.
B. Commencement of construction shall be no longer than

one year from the date of this approval. If the development
does not commence construction within one year, this approval
is null and void unless an extension has been granted in
accordance with applicable regulations.
C. The revised development order is assignable, but an
assignment does not discharge any assignee from strict
compliance with the order unless the City Council consents to
modify any of the original requirements.
D. Additional conditions established in order to issue
the revised development order are set forth as follows:
1. Sheds of America must comply with all applic-
able Tamarac regulations for this installation and
with the regulations found in the South Florida
Building Code.
2. The Color and Trim conform with the color of Clubhouse.
3. Landscaping be placed around shed.
4. No chemicals op -flammable materials be stored in shed.
ACTION 2: Should any section or provision of this
revised development order be declared by a court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid, the City Council shall determine
if the other portions of the order remain valid or whether
the approval shall be null and void.
SECTION 31 This revised development order as con-
ditioned shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
