CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--87---Z-/—/
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION TO
PERMIT THE OPERATION OF AN AUTO REPAIR BUSINESS
AT 5494 NW 22 AVENUE ON LOT 9, REQUESTED BY
GERALD HORN, PETITION #3-Z-87; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for
the granting of special exception to permit the operation of
an auto repair business at 5494 NW 22 Avenue on Lot 91
Tamarac Industrial Park, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public
has been given an opportunity to express their views concern-
ing the application for special exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
the petition for special exception would be in keeping with
the public health, safety and general welfare of the City of
Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
+SECTION 1_ That the petition for special exception to
permit the operation of an auto repair business at 5494 NW 22
Avenue on Lot 9, Tamarac Industrial Park, is hereby APPROVED.
,SECTION 2_ Conditions of approval:

SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
