CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH BOND POSTED FOR
BEAUTIFICATION BY HOME SAVINGS OF AMERICA AT
TAMARAC MARKET PLACE; AND PROVIDING -AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, Home Savings of America has filed with the City
a cash bond in the amount of $41,046.00 to guarantee beauti-
fication at Tamarac Market Place; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SBCTION 1: That the cash bond posted by Home Savings of
America in the amount of $41,046.00 for beautification at
Tamarac Market Place is HEREBY RELEASED.
ECTI 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
