CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87-//&
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY CTB LTD.,
FOR WOODMONT TR 72-A; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
WHEREAS, CTB. Ltd., as Principal, and Southeast Bank,
N.A. , as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit
#3682 in the amount of $81,460.75 to guarantee public
improvements at Woodmont TR 72-A; and
WHEREAS, The City Engineer has found that the.work has
been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of
said bond upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the
amount of $25,496.69.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit #3682 posted by
CTB, Ltd., as Principal, and Southeast Bank, N.A., as Surety,
in the amount of $81,460.75 for public improvements at
Woodmont TR 72-A is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt of a
one-year warranty bond in the amount of $25,496.69.

immediately upon adoption. D
