CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87- // Q
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE
CITY OFFICIALS TO CALL A BOND POSTED BY
LAKES OF CARRIAGE HILLS FOR LAKES OF
CARRIAGE HILLS III; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE D TE
WHEREAS, Lakes of Carriage Hills, as Principal, with
Barnett Bank of South Florida, N.A., as Surety, has filed
with the City Letter of Credit #SB-1186 in the amount Of
$137,352.25 to guarantee public improvements associated with
the Lakes of Carriage Hills III project; and

WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and there is not
properly completed work; and
WHEREAS, the Principal has been notified that the work
is not properly completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the recitations set forth above are
true and correct.
E TI 2: That Letter of Credit #SB-1186 in the
amount of $137,352.25 posted by Lakes of Carriage Hills, as
Principal, and Barnett Bank of South Florida, N.A., as
Surety, is hereby called by the City of Tamarac if an exten-
sion has not been provided to said bond on or before
_ April 30, 1987.
,SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption, q
