R-87- /v2-0 4 A RESOLUTION ISSUING SPRING HOUSE REVISED DEVELOPMENT ORDER NO. 184-1 FOR A' REVISED SITE PLAN FOR A BUFFER WALL WITH PROJECT IDENT- IFICATION SIGNAGE PURSUANT TO PROVISIONS OF SECTION 7-2 THRU 7-11 OF THE TAMARAC CODE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. _ B WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City 9 Council of Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been 10 advertised in accordance with applicable law of the date, .0 •time and place of the meeting regarding the review of the 22 application for a revised development order by the applicant 13 for development approval; and 14 WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated 25 the application and staff recommendations and the attached 16 Development Review Status Sheet dated 4/8/87; and 17 WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the revised develop- ment order and accompanying documents at a public 9 meeting; and 20 WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the 21 application is in compliance with all elements of the 22 Comprehensive Plan, or will be in compliance prior to the 23 issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the development 24 - that is the subject of the application. 25 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 26 TAMARAC,,FLORIDA: 27 SECTION 1: That the application for approval of a 28 revised site plan for Spring House revised March 25, 1987 by 29 CCL Consultants Inc., reflecting a buffer wall with project 0 identification signage, is approved subject to the following n conditions: 32 33 34 35 36 1 1 2 3 4 B 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 B 9 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 26 29 i330 1 32 33 34 35 36 Temp. Construction is to be in complete compliance with the plans and specifications submitted by the developer to the City.of Tamarac as described in Section II of the Development Review Status Sheet and approved engineering drawings. B. Commencement of construction shall be no longer than one year from the date of this approval. If the development does not commence construction within one year, this approval is null and void unless an extension has been granted in accordance with.applicable regulations. • C. The revised development order is assignable., but an assignment does not discharge any assignee from strict compliance with the order unless the City Council consents to modify any of the original requirements. D.
