RESOLUTION NO. R-87- la-w
A RESOLUTION ISSUING BONAIRE (WOODMONT
TRACTS 74/75) REVISED DEVELOPMENT ORDER
NO. 021-19 FOR REVISED SITE PLAN #1 FOR
BUILDING 1B (3 STORIES -- 24 APARTMENTS)
PURSUANT TO PROVISIONS OF SECTION 7--2
THRU 7-11 OF THE TAMARAC CODE; AND
P OVIDI EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City
Council of Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been
advertised in acgordance with applicable law of the date,
time and place of the meeting regarding the review of.the
application for a revised development order by the applicant
for development approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated
the application, staff and Planning Commission recommenda-
tions and the attached Development Review Status Sheet dated
April 1, 1987; and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the revised develop-
ment order and accompanying documents at a public meeting;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the
application is in compliance with'all elements of the Compre-
hensive Plan, or will be in compliance prior to the issuance
of a Certificate of Occupancy for the development that is the
subject of the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the application for approval of
revised site plan #1 for Bonaire (Woodmont Tracts 74/75)
revised on March 30, 1987, by Keith & Schnars for Building 1B
(3 stories - 24 apartments) is APPROVED subject to the
following conditions:
A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with
the plans and specifications submitted by the developer to
the City of Tamarac as described in Section II of the
Development Review Status Sheet and approved engineering
drawings.

B. Commencement of construction shall be no longer than
one year from the date of this approval. If the development
does not commence construction within one year, this approval
is null and void unless an extension has been granted in
accordance with applicable regulations.
C. The revised development order is assignable, but an
assignment does not discharge any assignee from strict
compliance with the order unless the City Council consents to
modify any of the original requirements.
D. Additional conditions established in order to issue
the revised development order are set forth as follows: /'v a N�
SECTION 2: That the following documents are hereby
accepted and approved as a part of this development order:
1. Second Amendment to the Water and Sewer Developers
Agreement for Site Plan #1
SECTION 3: Should any section or provisions of this
revised development order be declared by a court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid, the City Council shall determine
if the other portions of the order remain valid or whether
the approval shall be null and void.
SECTION 4: This revised development order as condi-
tioned shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
