CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87- /.33
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A LIMITED WAIVER
FROM THE PARKING PROVISIONS OF SECTION
18-3(f)OF THE CODE, REQUIRING ALL BAYS
TO HAVE A FORWARD MEANS OF EGRESS,
ADJACENT TO AND ACROSS FROM BUILDING 1B,
UNITS Ill THROUGH 114 OF WOODMONT
TR 74/75, REVISED SITE PLAN #1,
PETITION #2-Z-87; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Chapter 18 of the Tamarac City Code provides
that Council may grant a limited waiver of the off-street
parking and loading requirements whenever a hardship would
exist by adhering to strict application thereof, and further
provides that the waiver would not be detrimental to public
safety, health and welfare of the citizens of the City; and
WHEREAS, a hardship exists at Woodmont TR 74/75 at the
southeast corner of NW 80 Ave. and NW 78 St.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public
hearing thereon and has made a recommendation to approve said
limited waiver; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to take action on
the limited waiver requested in the application of Bonaire at
Woodmont, Petition #2-Z-87.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
,SECTION 1: That the application for a limited waiver
from the provisions of Section 18-3(f) of the Code, requiring
all bays,to have a forward means of egress, adjacent to and
across from Building 1B, Units Ill through 114 of Woodmont
TR 74/75, revised Site Plan #1, Petition #2--Z-87, is HEREBY
APPROVED, and such limited waiver would not be detrimental to
the public safety, health and welfare of the citizens of the
City.

upon adoption. �
