CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87- /0w
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION R-87-112
WHICH RELEASED A CASH BOND, POSTED PURSUANT TO
ORDINANCE NO. 76-26 FOR A HOME LOCATED AT 7957
LAGOS DE CAMPO BOULEVARD, PERMIT #886; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, a'cash bond was posted by Arriva Development
•Group in the amount of $1,500.00 pursuant to Ordinance 76--26
as a warranty against construction defects and code viola-
tions for a home located at 7957 Lagos de Campo Boulevard,
Permit #886; and
WHEREAS, this cash bond was released by the City
Council by the adoption of Resolution R-87-112: and
WHEREAS, investigation has revealed that Arriva Develop-
ment Group issued a "stop payment" order on this check in the
amount of $1,500.00; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to rescind Resolution
R-87-112.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Resolution R-87-112 which released a
cash bond in the amount of $1,500.00 posted by Arriva
Development Group pursuant to Ordinance 76-26 as a warranty
against construction defects and code violations for a home
located at 7957 Lagos De Campo Boulevard, Permit #886, is
HEREBY RESCINDED.
