A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE APPOINTMENT OF TWO (2)
3 MEMBERS AND AN ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE CITY'S
PLANNING COMMISSION; PROVIDING FOR TERMS OF
4 OFFICE• A D PROVIDING__AN EFFECTIYE DATE,
5 WHEREAS, on April 22, 1987, the City Council, by motion,
appointed Emil Beutner and Sam Levine as regular members of
the Planning Commission to serve for terms of two (2) years
$ expiring April 15, 1989; and
9 WHEREAS, on April 22, 1987, the City Council also, by
10 motion appointed Gus Frost as an alternate member of the
11 Planning Commission to serve for a term of one (1) year
12 expiring April 15, 1988; and
13 WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to ratify these ap-
14 pointments by resolution.
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
16 THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
27 SECTION 1: That pursuant to Code Section 28--19, Emil
Beutner and Sam Levine are hereby appointed as regular
members of the Planning Commission to serve for terms of two
20 (2) years expiring April 15, 1989.
21 SECTIO 2: That pursuant to Code Section 28-19, Gus
22 Frost is hereby appointed as an alternate member of the
23 Planning Commission to serve for a term of one (1) year
24 _ expiring April 15, 1988.
25 ,SECTION_ 3: This Resolution shall become effective
26 immediately upon adoption.
