CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87-�
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE
BOND POSTED TO GUARANTEE INSTALLATION OF A
SPRINKLER SYSTEM FOR BUILDING 1 BY THE
LANDINGS ON CYPRESS GREENS FOR THE LANDINGS
ON CYPRESS GREENS PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, The Landings on Cypress Greens has filed with
the City Cash Performance Bond in the amount of $1,500.00 to
guarantee installation of the sprinkler system for Building l
at The Landings on Cypress Greens project; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW,' -THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
,SECTION 1_ That the cash Bond posted by The Landings on
Cypress Greens in the amount of $1,500.00, to guarantee
installation of the sprinkler system for Building 1 at The
Landings on Cypress Greens is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
