CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA,
RESOLUTION NO. R-87- / TL
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR THE SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM FOR
CALICO COUNTRY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE
WHEREAS, Atlantic and Pacific Construction Company, as
Principal, and Regency Insurance Company, as Surety, has filed
with the City a Performance Bond in the amount of $61,970.00 to
guarantee public improvements at the Calico Country Project
(Woodview Tract 38); and
• WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has
been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said
bond upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of
$25,250.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SNCT19& 1: That the Bond posted by Atlantic and Pacific
Construction Company, as Principal, and Regency Insurance
Company, as Surety, in the amount of $61,970.00 for public
improvements at Calico Country (Woodview Tract 38) is HEREBY
RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the
amount of $25,250.00.
CTIO 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
