RESOLUTION NO. R-87- /9.5
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A BILL OF
SALE ABSOLUTE FROM T.D. CONSTRUCTION, INC., FOR
THE SEWAGE COLLECTION SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR
CALICO COUNTRY (WOODVIEW TR 38); AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bill of Sale Absolute offered by
T.D. Construction, Inc., for the sewage collection system
improvements for Calico Country, (Woodview TR 38), is HEREBY
APPROVED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of , 1987.
