CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87-2�/6
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY ARRIVA
DEVELOPMENT GROUP, INC., FOR WOODLAND VILLAS
PROJECT; AND PR VIDINGAN-EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, Arriva Development Group Inc., as Principal, and
Totalbank, as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit No.
IC-5189 in the amount of $18,397.00 to guarantee public improve-
ments at the Woodland Villas project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work as been
satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said bond
upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of
$4,619.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTIOQ]_1: That Letter of Credit IC-5189 posted by Arriva
Development Group Inc., as Principal, and Totalbank, as Surety, in
the amount of $18,397.00 for public improvements at Woodland
Villas, is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one year
warranty bond in the amount of $4,619.50.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
