CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87-
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A BILL OF SALE
ABSOLUTE FROM ARRIVA DEVELOPMENT GROUP, INC., FOR
THE WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR
WOODLAND VILLAS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
,SECTION 1: That the Bill of Sale Absolute offered by
Arriva Development Group, Inc. for the water distribution system
improvements for Woodland Villas is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECT_IQN 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
