CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87- 16 %
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A REGULAR MEMBER TO THE
CITY'S PLANNING COMMISSION; PROVIDING FOR TERM
OF OFFICE• A D PROVIDI G AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Section 28-19 of the City Code created a
Planning Commission and provided for terms of office of
members; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to appoint a regular
member to the Planning Commission in compliance with the
terms of this section of the code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That _ Anthony Grimaldi is hereby
appointed a regular member of the Planning Commission to
serve for a term of two years expiring April 15, 1989.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
