CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--87- %

A RESOLUTION RELEASING PERFORMANCE BONDS POSTED
FOR THE WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AND THE SEWAGE
COLLECTION SYSTEM BY LENNAR HOMES, INC., FOR
CLAIRMONT - PHASE I; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.

WHEREAS, Lennar Homes Inc., as Principal, and Southeast

Bank, N.A., as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of
9
Credit No. 3990 in the amount of $24,461.25 to guarantee the

-water distribution system and Letter of Credit No. 3983 in
11
the amount of $19,169.50 to guarantee the sewage collection
22
system at Clairmont - Phase I; and
13
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
14
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
25
mended release of said bond upon receipt of one -year -warranty
16
bonds in the amount of $9,572.35 for the water distribution
17
system and$9,007.23 for the sewage collection system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:

+a�_QTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 3990 posted by

Lennar Homes, Inc. as Principal, and Southeast Bank, N.A. as
22 Surety, in the amount of $24,461.25 for the water dis-
23 tribution system at Clairmont -- Phase I, is HEREBY RELEASED,
24 subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount
25 of $9,572.35.
