RESOLUTION NO. R-87- _� 79
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
FOR CONSUMPTION OF BEER AND WINE FROM EDWARD
PAUCEK d/b/a WINGS, ETC., 3 LAKES PLAZA -BAY 7 -
4611 NW 31ST AVENUE, TO JEFFERY H. BRADLEY d/b/a
WING ANDMORE; AND.PROVIDINg AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council on November 27, 1985 granted a
special exception to permit the on -premises consumption of
beer and wine to Edward Paucek d/b/a Wings, Etc.; and
• WHEREAS, the City Council has been requested to transfer
this special use exception to Jeffery H. Bradley d/b/a/ Wings
and More.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTIOIV__1 That the petition for special exception to
permit the on -premises consumption of beer and wine is hereby
transferred from Edward Paucek, at Bay 7, 3 Lakes Plaza, 4611
NW 31st Avenue, to Jeffery H. Bradley d/b/a Wings and More.
SECTION-2:_ Conditions of approval:
1) Chapter 3 of the City Code entitled "Alcoholic
Beverages" must be complied with.
2) This special use exception is not transferable
without approval of the City Council.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
