CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87- / 7
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION R-87-128 WHICH
AWARDED A BID FOR THE CITY'S DEPOSITORY TO
CITIZENS AND SOUTHERN NATIONAL BANK (BID NO.
87--5)• AND PROVIDIhIQ AN EFFECTIVEDATE,
WHEREAS, by the adoption of Resolution R-87-128, the
City.Council awarded a bid to Citizens and Southern National
Bank to act as the City's depository; and
WHEREAS, it was discovered by Staff that Citizens and
"Southern National Bank was not the lowest fully responsive
and responsible bidder; and
WHEREAS, the City Council upon recommendation by staff
wishes to rescind Resolution R-87-128 which awarded this bid
to Citizens and Southern National Bank.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Resolution R-87-128 which awarded a bid
to Citizens and Southern National Bank to act as the City's
depository is HEREBY RESCINDED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this vZ 7 day of 2X41q,r
