CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87-_Ze�
A RESOLUTION RELEASING TWO (2) CASH HOMEOWNER
WARRANTY BONDS POSTED PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO.
76-26 FOR HOMES LOCATED AT 8901 NW 79TH STREET
AND 8911 NW 79TH STREET; AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC-
TIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Heftler Realty Co., has filed with the City two
(2) cash Homeowner Warranty Bonds in the amount of $1,500.00
w
each posted pursuant to ordinance No. 76-26, as a warranty
against construction defects for homes located at 8901 NW 79th
Street, and 8911 NW 79th Street; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has recommended
release of said bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
E TI 1: That the Homeowners Warranty Bond posted by
Heftler Realty Co., 9450 Sunset Drive, Miami, Florida 33143 in
the amount of $1,500.00 as a warranty against construction
defects for a home located at 8901 NW 79th Street, is HEREBY
RELEASED.
E TI N 2: That the Homeowners Warranty Bond posted by
Heftler Realty Co.,' 9450 Sunset Drive, Miami, Florida 33143 in
the amount of $1,500.00 as a warranty maintenance deposit for a
home located at 8911 NW 79th Street, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon adoption. V�_
