CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY BANCOHIO NATIONAL BANK
FOR TAMARAC POINTE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Tamarac Associates, as Principalr and BancOhio
National Bank, as Surety, has filed with the City a Letter of
Credit in the amount of $187,194.45 to guarantee public
improvements at Tamarac Pointe; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond upon receipt of a one-year
warranty bond in the amount of $49,872.56.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit posted by Tamarac
Associates, as Principal, and BancOhio National Bank, as
Surety, in the amount of $187,194.45 for public improvements
at Tamarac Pointe is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt of a
one-year warranty bond in the amount of $49r872.56.
,qECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
