R-87-- _/X-3 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A BILL OF SALE ABSOLUTE FROM TAMARAC ASSOCIATES FOR THE WATER DISTRIBUTION AND SEWAGE COLLECTION SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR TAMARAC POINTE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: .SECTION 1: That the Bill of Sale Absolute offered by Tamarac Associates for the water distribution and sewage . collection system for Tamarac Pointe is HEREBY APPROVED.
