CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING PERFORMANCE BONDS POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND SIDEWALKS BY PEBB
ENTERPRISES FOR THE PEBB PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Pebb Enterprises has filed with the City a cash
bond in the amount of $8,547.25 to guarantee public improve-
ments and a cash bond in the amount of $2,376.00 to guarantee
a sidewalk for the Pebb project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bonds upon receipt of a one --year
warranty bond in the amount of $2,116.31.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond posted by Pebb Enter-
prises in the amount of $8,547.25 for the public improvements
and the cash bond in the amount of $2,376.00 for the sidewalk
at the Pebb project are HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt
of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $2,116.31.
,SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
