A RESOLUTION ISSUING REVISED DEVELOPMENT ORDER NO.
4 206-1 FOR A REVISED SITE PLAN FOR CLAIRMONT 1ST
ADDITION PURSUANT TO SECTION 7--2 THROUGH 7-11 OF
5 THE TAMARAC CODE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City

Council of Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been
8
advertised in accordance with applicable law of the date,
9
time and place of the meeting regarding the review of the
10
. application for a revised development order by the .applicant
11
for development approval; and

WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated
13
the application, staff and Planning Commission recom--
14
mendations and the attached Development Review Status Sheet
35
dated May 28, 1987; and
16
WHEREAS, the City council reviewed the revised
17
development order and accompanying documents at a public
meeting; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the
20 application is in compliance with all elements of the compre-
21 pensive Plan, or will be in compliance prior to the issuance
22 of a Certificate of Occupancy for the development that is the
23 subject of the application.
24 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
25 CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
26 E$ CTION 1: That the application for approval of a
27 revised site plan for Clairmont 1st Addition, revised May 12,
28 1987 to reflect relocation of certain buildings, revised
29 parking lot circulation and phase Line, is ap
proved subject
0 to the following conditions:
1 A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with
32 the plans and specifications submitted by the developer to
33 the City of Tamarac as described in Section II of the De-
34 velopment Review Status Sheet and approved engineering
35 drawings.

B. Commencement of construction shall be no longer than
one year from the date of this approval. If the development
does not commence construction within one year, this approval
is null and void unless an extension has been granted in
accordance with applicable regulations.
C. The revised development order is assignable, but an
assignment does not discharge any assignee from strict com-
pliance with the order unless the City Council consents to
modify any of the original requirements.
D. Additional conditions established in order to issue
the revised development are set forth as follows:
B-ECTION 2: Should any section or provision of this
revised development order be declared by a court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid, the City Council shall determine
if the other portions of the order remain valid or whether
the approval shall be null and void.
SECTION 3: This revised development order as con-
ditioned shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
