CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-$7-• C I
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY WATER.FORD AT
WOODMONT, INC. FOR WOODMONT TR 48; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Waterford at Woodmont, Inc., as Principal,
and Florida National Bank, as Surety, has filed with the City
Letter of Credit No. M-1032 in the amount of $216,653.05 to
guarantee public improvements at Woodmont TR 48; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond upon receipt of a one-year war-
ranty bond in the amount of $55,421.76
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. M-1032
posted by Waterford at Woodmont, Inc., as Principal, and
Florida National Bank, as Surety, in the amount of
$216,653.05 for public improvements at Woodmont TR 48, is
HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year warranty
bond in the amount of $55,421.76.
-SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
