CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR DRAINAGE BY AMBASSADOR HOMES, INC.
FOR LOT 74 OF WOODMONT TRACT 47; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Ambassador Homes, Inc., as Principal, has filed
with the City a cash bond in the amount of $1,000.00 to
guarantee drainage on Lot 74 of Woodmont Tract 47; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
jE_QTION 1: That the cash bond posted by Ambassador
Homes, Inc., in the amount of $1,000.00 for drainage at Lot
74 of Woodmont Tract 47 is HEREBY RELEASED.
-SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
