CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87- r,z-�c
A RESOLUTION RELEASING WARRANTY BONDS POSTED FOR
THE WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AND THE SEWAGE
COLLECTION SYSTEM BY LENNAR HOMES, INC., FOR
BELFORT PHASES II, III AND IV; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes Inc., as Principal and Man-
ufacturers National Bank of Detroit, as Surety, � has filed
with the city Letter of Credit No. 87446 in the amount of
$14,116.80 to guarantee the water distribution system and
Letter of Credit No. 87447 in the amount of $9,725.23 to
guarantee the sewage collection system at Belfort Phases II,
III and IV; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 87446 posted
by Lennar Homes, Inc. as Principal, and Manufacturers
National Bank of Detroit, as Surety, in the amount of
$14,116.80 for the water distribution system at Belfort
Phases IT, III and, IV is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2. That the Letter of Credit No. 87447 posted
by Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Manufacturers
National Bank of Detroit, as Surety, in the amount of
$9,725.23 for the sewage collection system at Belfort Phases
II, III and IV, is HEREBY RELEASED.

SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
