R-87----�/�- A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A RIGHT OF WAY DEED OFFERED BY LEADERSHIP HOUSING, INC. FOR THE NOB HILL ROAD PROJECT 85-23; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the. Right of Way deed offered by Leadership Housing, Inc. for the Nob Hill Road Project 85--23 is HEREBY APPROVED and accepted, a copy of said deed being attached hereto as "Exhibit 1". • SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record said deed in the public records of Broward County, Florida. aECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
