CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87--9--'2
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL EXCEPTION
TO ALLOW ON --PREMISES CONSUMPTION OF ALCO-
HOLIC•BEVERAGES AT THE PROPOSED BAYSTREET
RESTAURANT ON BUILDING "A" OUTLOT AT MID-
WAY PLAZA; PETITION #30--Z-86; AND PROVID-
ING_AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for
the granting of special exception to permit the consumption
of alcoholic beverages on 'the premises at Baystreet
Restaurant, Midway Plaza, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public
has been given an opportunity to express their views con-
cerning the application for Special Exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
the petition for special exception would be in keeping with
the public health, safety and general welfare of the City of
Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to
permit the consumption of alcoholic beverages at the proposed
Baystreet Restaurant, Midway Plaza.
