CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87--PZ5
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE
EXCEPTION TO ALLOW THE PROPOSED MID-
WAY DELI & RESTAURANT IN BAY 1 OF
BUILDING "D" AT MIDWAY PLAZA; PETI-
TION #31--Z-86; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.,
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for
the granting of special exception to permit the operation of
a deli and restaurant in Bay 1 of Building "D" at Midway
Plaza, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public
has been given ah opportunity to express their views con-
cerning the application for special exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
the petition for special exception would be in keeping with
the public health, safety and general welfare of the City of
Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
E TION 1: That the petition for special exception to
permit the operation of the proposed Midway Plaza restaurant
in
Bay 1 of Building "D" at Midway Plaza, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
,SECTION _3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
