CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87- `73
A RESOLUTION ISSUING BROOKWOOD PLAZA II REVISED
DEVELOPMENT ORDER NO. 141-1 FOR A FINAL SITE PLAN
FOR SHOPPING CENTER PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF
SECTIONS 7-2 THRU 7-11 OF THE TAMARAC PCODE; AND
ROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City
Council of Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been
advertised in- accordance with applicable law of the date,
time and place of the meeting regarding the review of the
application for a revised development order by the applica-
tion for development approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated
the application, staff and Planning Commission recom-
mendations, and the attached Development Review Status Sheet
dated June 4, 1987; and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the revised de-
velopment order and accompanying documents at a public
meeting; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the ap-
plication is in compliance with all elements of the Com-
prehensive Plan, or will be in compliance prior to the
issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the development
that is the subject of the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
BECTION,__1: That the development described on the
attached development review status sheet dated June 4, 1987
is granted a revised development order to preoceed subject to
the following conditions:

A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with
the plans and specifications submitted by the developer to

the City of Tamarac as described in Section II of the De-
velopment Review Status Sheet and approved engineering
drawings.
B. Commencement of construction shall be no longer than
20 one year from the date of this approval. If the development
u does not commence construction within one year, this approval
22 is null and void unless an extension has been granted in
33 accordance with applicable regulations.
14 C. The revised development order is assignable, but an
35 assignment does not discharge any assignee from strict
16 compliance with the order unless the City Council consents to
17 modify any of the original requirements.
D. Additional conditions established in order to issue
the revised development order are set forth as follows:

25 A. Water and Sewer Developer's Agreement.
B. Public Safety Ingress/Egress Easement.

SECTION „3: Should any section or provision of this

revised development order be declared by a court of competent

jurisdiction to be invalid, the City Council shall determine

if the other portions of the order remain valid or whether
